These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Axelyum, a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform composed of industry-specific business workspaces. The platform is owned, developed, and operated by IntelForces, a company legally registered under the laws of Burkina Faso.

By using Axelyum, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the platform.

Axelyum offers a modular ERP system enabling organizations to manage finance, human resources, planning, analytics, and other strategic operations through specialized digital workspaces.

You agree to use the service in compliance with applicable laws and to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.

Access to Axelyum is subject to subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms are specified in your Service Agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

All content, interfaces, logos, trademarks, and modules of Axelyum are the intellectual property of IntelForces. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the service without prior written consent.

Our handling of personal and organizational data is subject to our Privacy Policy. We are committed to ensuring data security and regulatory compliance.

7. Availability

While we strive for uninterrupted service, Axelyum may experience maintenance periods or unexpected downtime. IntelForces  shall not be held liable for any resulting loss.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access in case of a breach of these Terms. You may terminate your subscription according to the terms stated in your contract.

9. Limitation of Liability

IntelForces shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Axelyum platform.
